Hi Niamh!

I made this last night and although the finished product probably wasn’t as pretty as yours (I couldn’t get it extra smooth as I only have a hand blender) it tasted delicious! I made one change by adding some fresh spinach (I had some in the fridge that was going off) – it changed the colour but otherwise didn’t ‘pollute’ the recipe too much, I don’t think ;-)
