You didn’t mention anything about the cost of the food or the wine. What was your overall impression? I agree that it deserves lots of great wine and as I am looking forward to taking my wife for our Anniversary next week, the credit card has been cleared for just such a challenge!

Incidentally, standing next to Koffman (with 80 or so other chefs) for Anton Mosimann’s 50th Birthday photo was the nearest I ever got to the great man and his undoubted culinary talent…. definitely looking forward to this treat.
