I went to Brindisa for dinner last week and have been talking about it ever since. I didn’t realise there was a ham class though – think I might start dropping xmas present hints.

I’ve bought some manchego and other fantastic Spanish cheese – I’d like to make some membrillo to go with them but can’t find quinces anywhere.

They should be in season – I don’t suppose you’ve seen them around anywhere?

Ham school – now there’s a night course I could fully get into ;-) Love, love, LOVE Jamon Iberico de Bellota and always get people to bring it back from Spain for me. It’s just the finest thing a pig can become!

That ham sounds so nice right now as I’m looking at my bagel and marmite.

One of my top 5 fav restaurants in London btw. Definitely the most consistent with quality time after time!

This sounds just amazing. I just got back from a weekend in Seville where I was sorely tempted to purchase a leg of jamon (at 200 euros a pop) and lug it back on the ryan air flight with me!

Wow what a great class and lovely post – I think everyone should try and have a Joselito Gran Reserva Bellota at home so one can just care a few slices every now and then !
