Comfort & Spice Preview in Sainsbury’s Magazine

Comfort & Spice Preview in Sainsbury's Magazine

The good folks at Sainsbury’s Magazine cooked some of their favorite recipes from Comfort & Spice and shot them to be included in October’s Sainsbury’s Magazine – which is in Sainsbury’s from today.

They’ve done a terrific job and I was positively beaming when I saw it. They selected Chicken & Chorizo Pies, Blaas (those beautiful fluffy rolls), Halloumi & Pomegranate Salad and Orange & Cardamom Jelly.

This is a great feature, congratulations! That pie looks supreme. Niamheen, i have been following your blog for quite a few years now. When i first started reading it, i lived in London and would read email feeds at work. i loved the recipes and also all the cool foodie happenings in London that i got to go along to and experience, being in the know through reading. And we have eaten and enjoyed many delicious variations of pork belly! When i was expecting my first baby, we moved to the middle of nowhere, and reading the blog kept me connected to a world i missed and love. So many many congratulations on your gorgeous book – my copy arrived today. They have done you justice with a beautiful format and design (i used to work for a publisher). It is so pleasurable to read and look at, and can’t wait to cook from it. Wonderful achievement, well done.
