**Back Summer 2010 – dates TBC**
For 5 months in in 2009, I had a stall at Covent Garden Real Food Market, serving up food that I have featured on this blog.
The regular favourite and signature dish for 2009 was an 8 hour Slow Roast Pork Shoulder with Spiced Apple in a Homemade Blaa (fluffy Irish bread roll).
Several items were sold every week with at least one new item each week, including:
Slow Roast Lamb Shoulder with Smoky Aubergine & Tomato Relish; Chorizo & Pork Rolls; Caramelised Red Onion & Goat’s Cheese Tart; Spiced Pumpkin Soup; Black Bean Chilli with Chocolate; Pumpkin, Spinach, Goat’s Cheese & Chilli Rolls; Courgette, Tomato & Parmesan Tart; Frank Hederman’s Organic Irish Smoked Salmon, with homemade Irish Brown Soda Bread and Irish Cucumber Pickle. All served with gorgeous glasses of Bisol Jeio Prosecco.
I’ll be back this summer and look forward to meeting more readers then. It was a real pleasure to meet so many last year.

Hi there,
Recently discovered your blog, and have just caught up on your market stall adventtures. Really enjoying the writing and the photos, and most of all your passion and spirit for this!
I used to work right by Covent Garden (until May), bummed that we didn’t get to cross paths then. As soon as I’m back in London, I’d love to come by some Thursday and scarf some of your great looking wares!
If I’m in London again and I can, I’ll come see you out and get a taste of your delights. Take care
Hi Niamh, would love to come down and see your stall – are you there every day?
